Technical Lead - Java ODM

Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Lead ODM, you will play a critical role in architecting, developing, and deploying healthcare applications while adhering to the best coding and development standards. You will be responsible for leading a team, driving solution architecture, and ensuring seamless automation, performance, and compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture: Develop and drive comprehensive solution architectures, ensuring alignment with project objectives and scalability. Code Quality & Peer Reviews: Conduct peer reviews to maintain high-quality code and adherence to design principles. Task Management & Collaboration: Lead the breakdown of tasks within the team, fostering efficient execution and collaboration. Release Management: Play a key role in managing releases, ensuring smooth deployment and delivery. Bug Resolution: Proactively identify and address issues to minimize project impact. Compliance & Security: Maintain and enforce rules related to Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Documentation & Release Notes: Assist in the preparation of release documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis: Lead discussions with customers to understand requirements and collaboratively develop optimal solutions. Production Readiness & Optimization: Oversee technical tasks to ensure performance tuning and optimization before deployment. UAT & Feedback Implementation: Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, gathering and incorporating client feedback. Expectation Management: Manage client and team expectations regarding automation project deliverables. Problem-Solving & Technical Leadership: Resolve technical challenges on a day-to-day basis, ensuring seamless project execution. End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Take full ownership of end-to-end delivery, including requirement clarification, estimation, design, implementation, testing, integration, deployment, and release.
