Required Skills & Experience *5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Business Analyst. *Strong functional and technical understanding of Workday. *Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow (relevant modules like ITSM or HRSD). *Proven track record working with various Benefits Systems and Payroll Systems. *Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process modeling. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and insights. *Adept at creating compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. *Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. *Experience operating within agile or fast-paced project environments.
