Key Skills : Communication skill Job Responsibilities: Engaging Classroom Environment: Develop and maintain a nurturing, positive, and interactive classroom atmosphere. Use age-appropriate instructional methods to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences for young learners. Curriculum Delivery: Implement the school's curriculum to meet the cognitive, social, and emotional development needs of students. Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the curriculum, incorporating interactive activities, play-based learning, and technology tools. Student Assessments & Development: Conduct assessments to monitor and document students' progress and development. Adapt teaching strategies based on students’ individual needs and learning abilities, ensuring a tailored learning experience. Parental Communication & Collaboration: Build positive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers. Provide regular updates on students' progress, and address any concerns or suggestions. Classroom Management: Create and enforce a structured and respectful classroom environment. Guide students in developing positive behaviors and social skills. Continual Improvement: Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions. Stay updated on the latest educational techniques and strategies to enhance teaching practices. School Engagement: Actively participate in school activities, meetings, and events as required. Skills: Passionate about teaching young children and helping them develop foundational skills. Good organizational and planning skills. Patience, empathy, and ability to handle young students with care. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners. Qualifications: Educational Background: Graduate in any field, preferably with a degree in Education (B.Ed. or equivalent). Experience: 1+ year of teaching experience in pre-primary or primary grades. Language Skills: Strong command over English, with excellent communication skills. Certifications: Preferably certified in International Teaching (such as International Teachers Training Certification or equivalent).
