Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Siemens COMOS and a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required. Responsibilities Develop and maintain software solutions using Siemens COMOS to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software within the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Siemens COMOS applications. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions to ensure scalability and performance. Implement software enhancements and bug fixes based on user feedback and testing results. Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications and systems. Ensure software solutions comply with industry standards and regulations. Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and technical challenges. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new software features. Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability. Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings and discussions. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in Siemens COMOS with a proven track record of successful implementations. Demonstrate expertise in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements. Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Show proficiency in English with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms. Have experience working in a hybrid work model effectively balancing remote and in-office work. Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple tasks and priorities.
