We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer with 3 - 5 year so experience who will be responsible for maintaining, and troubleshooting software applications used for the regular production and generation of client reporting solutions, ensuring smooth incident resolution and system performance. The successful candidate should have a strong technical background working within a data literate environment and experience of any of the following: SQL, JSON, Excel, ETL processes. Responsibilities Maintain a regional cloud based production environment Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents to ensure system stability. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues. Collaboratively work directly with the Operations stakeholders and the wider UK Technology team offering new solutions where appropriate Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and support processes. Work closely with stakeholders to suggest enhancements and modifications to existing applications. What You'll Bring to Numerator Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support Hands-on experience in incident management and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience on SQL, JSON, Excel, ETL processes Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - including the ability to explain technical approaches, solutions and issues to non-technical colleagues Previous programming skills in any of the following .NET / C# / Python is an advantage Proficiency in SQL Server, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance, an advantage Comfortable with ITSM tooling such as Service Now & Jira Understanding of ITIL processes related to support and incident handling.
