Job Title: Social Media Manager in Fashion Industry Location: Delhi Shahpur Jat Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s social media strategy across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content, engaging with followers, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated with social media trends to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, stories, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok. Monitor and manage daily interactions, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to support campaigns and product launches. Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking. Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.), generating regular reports to optimize strategies. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices. Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content strategies. Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all platforms. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content strategy. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, or similar. Familiarity with design tools such as Canva. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Fashion Industry Video editing and short-form content creation experience. Understanding of influencer marketing and UGC strategies.
