Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Service Technician with basic electronics knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic and electromechanical equipment. Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome. Key Responsibilities: • Install, test, and commission electronic products and equipment at customer sites • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in circuit boards, sensors, wiring, and basic electronics components • Perform regular maintenance and preventive service on products as per company guidelines • Assist senior engineers during complex repairs or field visits • Maintain service records, customer feedback, and report generation • Follow safety protocols and ensure tools/equipment are used properly • Coordinate with the service team for parts, upgrades, and customer support Required Skills & Qualifications: • ITI / Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering • Basic knowledge of components like resistors, capacitors, relays, transformers, etc. • Ability to read basic circuit diagrams and wiring layouts • Hands-on experience with soldering, wiring, or PCB inspection is a plus • Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English • Willingness to travel to customer locations (local or outstation if required) • Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn Preferred (Not Mandatory): • 6 months to 1 year experience in electronics servicing • Two-wheeler license What We Offer: • On-the-job training and skill development • Friendly and supportive work environment • Performance-based growth opportunities • Reimbursement for travel and service visits
