Location: Bangalore, India Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: Core Responsibilities: Support and maintain Cisco ACI and F5 Big-IP LTM/DNS environments, including setup, maintenance, upgrades, and replacements. Perform daily operational tasks and service requests submitted by customers using Service Management tools. Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, devices, and appliances to ensure seamless infrastructure performance. Troubleshoot network problems and device configurations, coordinating with various teams to resolve connectivity issues. Prepare and update network topology diagrams, write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), create maintenance plans, and provide regular status reports. Technical Skills: Cisco ACI: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience, including deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization. F5 Big-IP LTM/DNS: Proficient in set-up, maintenance, and crafting/understanding iRules. Strong knowledge of network switching and routing , including protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP. Experience analysing network traffic using tools like TCP Dump and Wireshark. Solid understanding of the OSI model and TCP/IP network models with practical troubleshooting examples. Familiarity with SDN technologies and their integration into network infrastructures. Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with end-users and stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prepare technical documentation and SOPs. Ability to collaborate across departments to resolve complex issues. ITIL Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management. Mandatory Skills: Hands-on expertise in network switching and routing . Proficient with Cisco ACI technologies.
