Job Description

Role & responsibilities To be responsible for all the aspects of Material scheduling and Incoming Material Inventory Management at Factory. Responsible for no stock out to manage the scheduling Key Areas of Responsibility ESSENTIAL Vendor Management: o Work with vendors for key products to improve quality and reduce prices . Record the transaction to know the stocks position on day-to-day basis. Inventory Planning: To look after purchase activities such as day to day planning and procurements of RM, PM and TG. Plan inflow of raw materials as per indents so that there are no stock-outs or delays in execution of the order while ensuring available space is utilized judiciously. Review and maintain reorder levels for all products including A class and imported items.Effective management of Inventory with a view to minimize overall stocks, slow Moving and non-moving items Materials Management: Ensure smooth material scheduling operations, compliance with all factory regulations and HSE SECONDARY Vendor Management: Work with vendors for key products to improve quality and reduce prices Record the transaction to know the stocks position on day-to-day basis. Inventory Planning: To counter check clear pending order list against availability of stock in the system and take corrective actions.
