Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and solution-oriented Senior Full Stack Developer with 510 years of experience to lead the development of scalable and high-performance web applications. This role requires a deep understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, architectural best practices, and team collaboration. You will be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to strategic technology decisions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, architecture, and development of full-stack applications from concept to deployment. Develop user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Build robust backend services using Node.js, Java Spring Boot, or Python/Django. Architect and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL) for performance, scalability, and security. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, DevOps, and QA, to ensure seamless development workflows. Drive code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high standards of code quality. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Research and integrate new technologies to continuously enhance system capabilities. Take ownership of application performance, scalability, and availability in production environments. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5-10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Strong experience in frontend frameworks: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.Advanced backend development experience with Node.js, Express, Java Spring Boot, or Python/Django. In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture Proficiency in database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis. Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Attributes: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to make architectural decisions and influence product development direction. Prior experience mentoring and leading development teams.
