We are seeking an experienced IR & Compliance Specialist to manage Industrial Relations (IR), contract management, and labor compliance within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements while fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Industrial Relations (IR): Develop and implement IR strategies to maintain a harmonious industrial environment. Handle grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Liaise with labor unions, employee representatives, and government authorities on IR matters. Conduct negotiations, settlements, and agreements with unions/workers. Maintain strong employee relations and engagement through proactive communication. Compliance & Contract Management: Ensure adherence to all labor laws, statutory requirements, and industrial regulations. Oversee contract labor management, ensuring compliance with the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act and other labor laws. Maintain records and compliance reports for audits and inspections by regulatory authorities. Monitor vendor and contractor compliance with labor and employment regulations. Handle factory-related compliance, including Factory Act, ESI, PF, and other statutory benefits. Labour Management: Supervise and manage contract labor, ensuring compliance with workforce regulations. Oversee workforce deployment, attendance tracking, and wage administration. Address labor-related grievances and ensure workplace discipline. Implement safety, health, and welfare measures as per statutory guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: MBA/MSW in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in IR & Compliance within the manufacturing industry . Knowledge of Labor Laws: Strong understanding of Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, CLRA Act, ESI, PF, and other labor regulations . Contract Management Expertise: Hands-on experience in managing third-party contracts and contractor workforce compliance. Negotiation & Dispute Resolution: Experience in handling labor disputes and settlements. Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with unions, government officials, and internal teams.
