Job Description

Key Skills:- UG NX (Tool Design software), Work NC Basics , Wire cut programming ELCAM , CADEM softwares . Auto cad , Ms Word ,Excel & PowerPoint tools & Drafting Fast learner and good listener Communication Team work Responsibilities:- Optimized & time bound Tool Design , mould, mandrel & fixtures releases to TR Establish & implement system oriented design storage , back up & retrival process. 3D Tooling designs , BOM , part list, Electrode , accessories in time thru design check list approval Track & identify design project hours of resources for improvement & optimization thru GANTT Chart & project management tools Implement design for manufacturing to bring down VMC & Assembly time Prepare & establish process flow chart & documentations for Tool Design dept inline with ISO/IATF-16949:2016 Support to implement ECN process implementation for new , running changes of product Update mold PM software with new mold items added with cost , mold life , PM frequency inputs. Train & delegate Draugtsman team for part detailing for mold & mandrel assemblies elements Identify & implement monthly Design Kaizens & continuous improvement for manfacurability & maintainability Implement Design for assembly to reduce fixture weights & operator fatigue Implement ISO 14000 for environment for design applicable areas , Maintain 6 s ( 6th -SAFETY ) at Dept *Candidate from Rubber Industry will be preferred
