Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Data Architect to join our dynamic technology team. As a Senior Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data architectures that support the strategic objectives of our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding data governance, data modeling, and the integration of new technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will play a key role in establishing best practices for data management, optimizing data flows, and ensuring data quality across the organization. In this role, you will evaluate emerging technologies, recommend improvements to existing data systems, and provide mentorship to junior team members. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable data architectures. Develop and maintain data models and database solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across systems. Establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices. Evaluate and integrate new data technologies and tools. Optimize data flows and ETL processes. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members. Document data architecture and processes. Support compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues. Contribute to strategic planning for data initiatives. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role. Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL, cloud databases). Experience with data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing. Experience with DWH, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft ADH, Snowflake. Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Relevant certifications are an advantage. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
