Job Summary: We seek a skilled SAP SLT (System Landscape Transformation) Lead to support our S/4 HANA implementation and data integration initiatives. The successful candidate will manage data replication and transformation processes using SAP SLT, ensuring seamless integration and data synchronization across our SAP S/4 HANA landscape. This role requires a combination of strategic insight, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex data projects within an S/4 HANA environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of SAP SLT for S/4 HANA projects, ensuring optimal data replication and system performance. Design, configure, and maintain SLT landscapes to support real-time and batch data replication from source systems to S/4 HANA. Collaborate closely with project teams, SAP Basis, and infrastructure specialists to ensure proper SLT setup, configuration, and operation. To ensure data consistency and integrity, oversee and troubleshoot SLT-related issues, including data extraction, transformation, and loading. Work with functional teams to define data replication requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs. Optimize SLT performance and monitor data transfer activities, making necessary adjustments for efficiency. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration settings, and operational procedures. Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members, sharing best practices for SLT in an S/4 HANA environment. Stay current with S/4 HANA and SLT advancements, evaluating new features and technologies for potential integration. Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring SLT deliverables align with the overall S/4 HANA project timeline and objectives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP SLT in S/4 HANA implementation projects. Deep understanding of SAP SLT architecture and configuration, with a focus on S/4 HANA integration. Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA data structures, tables, and replication requirements. Experience in designing and optimizing data replication strategies to support enterprise data migration and integration needs. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining data accuracy and system stability. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. SAP certifications related to SLT, S/4 HANA, or data integration are highly desirable. Preferred Skills: Experience in SAP Basis and understanding of system administration. Knowledge of SAP HANA modeling and performance tuning. Familiarity with additional SAP data integration and ETL tools, such as SAP Data Services or SAP BODS. Awareness of data governance, security, and compliance practices in the context of SAP environments. Understanding of SAP Cloud solutions and integration strategies.
