TCS is Hiring SAP MM Consultant For Pune location Experience : 6 - 10 years Mode of interview : Virtual Location : Pune JOB DESCRIPTION: Must have: Proven work experience as an SAP MM Consultant or similar role Deep understanding of the SAP MM module and its integration with other modules Experience in SAP MM configuration and implementation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate business needs into ERP solutions Familiarity with SAP ABAP is a plus Role and Responsibilities: SAP ERP Materials Management (MM) Consultant : As an SAP MM Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing the SAP MM (Material Management) module, gathering business requirements, understanding system functionality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SAP MM module, excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into ERP solutions. Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions Configure and implement the SAP MM module Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration Provide training and support to end-users Document and maintain system functionality Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM-related issues Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards Contribute to the development of new processes and improvements Participate in SAP MM module testing and upgrade Actively engage with the client team by participating in the business process discussions, understand the current processes, pain points and new requirements to design an effective solution Lead the functional / technical consultants in ensuring successful delivery of the SAP Solution and ensure deliverables are successfully handed over for the closure of the project. Prepare Key user & End user training and workshop materials and conduct the meetings Ensure documentation of all key project deliverables and execute smooth transition plan to the Application maintenance team Support Effort Estimation, Solution Standardizing, conduct Training, Mentoring and Coaching junior team members Strong client facing experience, Analytical mind-set with a strong eagerness to learn and able to translate requirements into designs and code / configuration Actively engage with the client team by participating in the business process discussions, understand the current processes, pain points and new requirements to design an effective solution Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both oral and written Open to work in shifts and flexible to support during weekends / holidays in case of urgency Show more Show less
