Job Description Sales Development Representative – US Market (B2B SaaS | 3-4 Years Experience | AI-Savvy) Location: On-site (US Shift - 5:30pm - 2:30 am) About Lifesight At Lifesight , our mission is to help modern brands make smarter, faster, and more profitable marketing decisions . Why This Role Matters We’re expanding our Sales Development team in the US and looking for a driven, technically sound SDR who understands the US B2B SaaS landscape and can use AI tools to 10x outreach efficiency . You’ll play a crucial role in driving awareness and pipeline for a platform that’s redefining how marketing effectiveness is measured. What You’ll Do Research and identify ICPs across eCommerce, retail, CPG, and enterprise brands using AI-enabled tools and outbound best practices. Launch multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, social) to book high-quality meetings for Sales Directors. Pick up the phone with confidence! Be fearless in dialing prospects and creating real conversations — we value SDRs who are bold, proactive, and not afraid to open doors the old-school way. Clearly communicate Lifesight’s mission and platform value to CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Media, and Innovation leaders. Use tools like Apollo, Zoominfo, Clay, ChatGPT, Lavender, HubSpot , and others to scale your outreach intelligently. Qualify inbound leads from marketing and maintain a seamless lead handoff process. Keep HubSpot/Salesforce CRM updated with clean data, notes, and follow-ups. Collaborate closely with marketing and AEs to improve messaging and campaign performance. Stay plugged into trends in AI, attribution, measurement , and the future of MarTech . Requirements What We’re Looking For 3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in a SaaS company targeting the US market. Strong experience with cold outbound and lead generation for enterprise deals. Ability to explain complex technology in a simple, value-driven way. Comfortable using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency. Strong communication and storytelling skills — both written and verbal. Self-motivated, structured, and hungry to exceed pipeline targets. Prior experience in MarTech, AdTech, or working with marketing decision-makers is a big plus. Benefits Why Join Lifesight?
