Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and campaign execution. Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, meetings, or field visits. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM). Create and deliver sales presentations to clients. Collaborate with the design and content team for promotional materials. Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and networking events as required. Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets under the guidance of the manager. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for sales and customer engagement. Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools. Good organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
