Position Name: Revit Dynamo Grasshopper Expert Years of Experience: 1-5 years Location - Durgapur, West Bengal Qualification- Bachelors degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field/Masters. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated BIM Modeler with expertise in Revit modeling and a strong understanding of the construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess intermediate-level knowledge of Dynamo, proficiency in Lumion and Photoshop for rendering, and experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM360) project setup. The candidate will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and managing detailed BIM models across architecture, structure, and utility disciplines. Additionally, the role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, as well as a solid understanding of construction drawings and project coordination. Role & responsibilities: Revit Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed Revit models across architecture, structure, and utilities. Create custom families in Revit for specialized project requirements. Ensure models are accurate and up to date with project specifications. Dynamo Scripting: Use Dynamo for automating Revit tasks and improving workflow efficiency. Develop custom scripts for design solutions, data management, and model coordination. Rendering & Visualization: (Optional) Utilize Lumion and Photoshop for high-quality rendering and visualization of BIM models. Provide realistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs for client presentations and project design reviews. BIM360 & Autodesk Construction Cloud: Set up and manage BIM360 project settings, including project structure, file management, and collaboration tools. Ensure proper coordination and document control within the Autodesk Construction Cloud ecosystem. Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, Structural, MEP) to ensure BIM model integration. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address issues and improve project delivery. Help in the review and coordination of construction drawings, ensuring all models align with the drawing sets. Client Communication: Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding BIM modeling and project progress. Provide updates, technical support, and clear communication to clients throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Control: Ensure all models meet project standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications. Perform quality checks and revisions as necessary to ensure model accuracy and compliance. Experience: 4+ years of experience working with Revit, including architecture, structure, and utility modeling. Intermediate knowledge of Dynamo for Revit automation and scripting. Proficient in rendering with Lumion and Photoshop for project visualization. Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM360) project setup and coordination. Strong understanding of construction drawings and project lifecycle. Skills: Proficient in Revit (Architecture, Structural ). Intermediate to advanced Dynamo skills for Revit automation. Strong rendering skills using Lumion and post-production editing with Photoshop. Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM360) project setup and management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and team interaction. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other BIM tools such as Navisworks or AutoCAD. Certification in Revit, Dynamo, or other BIM-related platforms.
