Job Description

As a Manager - Quality , you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed analysis of existing fixed price processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement from end to end, that is, contracting terms to delivery to sign offs. Develop and implement optimized processes for fixed price projects, ensure alignment with business goals and client requirements. Monitor and manage costs associated with fixed price projects to ensure profitability and adherence to budget. Work closely with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of process changes. Provide training and support to teams on new processes and best practices for managing fixed price projects. Establish metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of new processes and drive continuous improvement. Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Educational Qualifications: - Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc. Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable. Skills: - Mandatory Technical skills Process modeling tools Data analysis Project management software Good to have skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
