Key Responsibilities: Define and implement QA strategy, test plans, and test processes. Lead and manage a team of QA engineers (manual and automation). Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure requirements are testable and delivered with quality. Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management across multiple projects. Ensure adherence to testing standards, tools, and frameworks. Develop and monitor quality KPIs, metrics, and reporting. Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools. Support release planning and ensure timely delivery of quality releases. Manage test environments and ensure test data readiness. Mentor team members and support career growth and technical upskilling. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 23 years in a QA leadership or management role. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes (manual and automation). Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.). Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
