Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Python Developer with 6 to 9 years of strong software development experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Flask APIs, Microservices Architecture, MongoDB, Data Analysis Libraries , and be proficient in message queue systems and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Flask-based REST APIs and Microservices . Integrate and manage MongoDB for high-performance data operations. Develop and maintain efficient data processing using NumPy and Pandas . Implement asynchronous communication using messaging queues such as ActiveMQ , RabbitMQ , or Kafka . Write unit and integration tests using pytest and ensure high code quality and test coverage. Design and implement solutions leveraging GCP services like Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Managers. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and process improvements. Required Skills 6–9 years of hands-on experience in Python development . Strong experience with Flask and building RESTful APIs . In-depth understanding of Microservices architecture . Proficiency in MongoDB (schema design, optimization, etc.). Good command over NumPy , Pandas , and data manipulation. Experience with messaging queues : RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or Kafka. Strong testing mindset using pytest or similar frameworks. Solid understanding and hands-on experience with GCP services . Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
