Position: Prompt Engineer Location: Ahmedabad Work Model: Work from Office Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Prompt Engineer to develop, optimize, and fine-tune text-based inputs for AI models. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent English communication abilities, and keen listening and comprehension skills to collaborate effectively and deliver high-quality results. As a Prompt Writer & AI Response Evaluator, you will play a key role in shaping the performance of an AI system by crafting high-quality prompts and rating AI-generated responses. Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine text prompts to enhance AI model outputs across various applications. Analyze outcomes and iteratively improve prompts to increase accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and tailor prompts accordingly. Ensure clarity and consistency in prompt design to drive the intended model responses. Conduct A/B testing to evaluate prompt effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Required Skills: Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate and optimize prompt performance using critical thinking and problem-solving approaches. English Communication: Proficiency in both written and spoken English for creating clear and effective prompts. Comprehension Abilities: Ability t understand complex instructions, project goals, and user expectations. Listening Skills: Active listening to accurately capture team feedback and project needs, adjusting prompts as necessary. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific guidelines for prompt writing and response evaluation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
