We're looking for a Program Manager Intern to provide crucial direct support to the Head of our Startup Business Unit at Recro. About The Role As a Program Manager Intern, you will work closely with the BU Head to drive efficiency, support strategic initiatives, and ensure data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify high-GM opportunities and inform strategic planning for the Startup BU. Assisting in continuously updating and maintaining key performance dashboards and data sets, ensuring accuracy and providing real-time insights for the BU Head. Collaborating directly with the BU Head to map existing operational workflows, identify areas for improvement, and help design and implement new, scalable processes. Supporting the development of reports and presentations to communicate key findings and progress on strategic initiatives. Contributing to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the Startup BU's overall operational efficiency and strategic alignment. Requirements Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Science, or a related analytical field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively. Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and a keen interest in dashboard creation/maintenance. Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information from various sources. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment. A strong desire to learn about startup operations, business strategy, and talent acquisition. Show more Show less
