Role & Responsibilities – Planning & Billing Engineer (Oil & Gas Refinery Projects) Experience: 6 to 10 years 🔹 Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering 🔹 Job Locations: Madhya Pradesh (MP) or Panipat 👉 Note: We are considering candidates only from the Oil & Gas Refinery sector for this role. We are seeking a Planning & Billing Engineer with 6–10 years of experience, specifically in Oil & Gas Refinery projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and billing activities, ensuring cost control and timely execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and monitor project schedules using tools like Primavera/MS Project. Track progress, identify delays, and prepare look-ahead schedules. Support resource planning for manpower, materials, and equipment. Prepare, verify, and certify interim and final contractor bills. Coordinate with quantity surveyors for accurate measurements. Prepare cash flow forecasts, track project budgets, and report variances. Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients on planning and billing. Maintain documentation, billing logs, MIS reports, and dashboards. Support in claims, EOTs, and contract compliance. Show more Show less
