You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, Google, and others to drive leads, conversions, and growth. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and other digital platforms Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPC, and optimize campaigns accordingly Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages Coordinate with design and content teams for high-performing creatives Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of ad spend Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and tools Requirements: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Google & Meta essential) Strong analytical skills and experience with platforms like Google Analytics, GA4, and Meta Ads Manager Good understanding of funnels, attribution, and user behavior Excellent communication and reporting skills E-commerce/D2C experience is a plus Why Join Us?
