We are looking for an Office Coordinator... Experience: 3+ Yrs Salary: UP TO 20K Location: Sec 58, Faridabad Administrative Support: Managing schedules, appointments, and calendars. Organizing meetings and conferences, including booking rooms and arranging necessary equipment. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including processing and distributing. Managing office supplies, ordering and maintaining inventory. Maintaining office equipment and ensuring its proper functioning. Performing basic bookkeeping activities and updating accounting systems. Facilitating communication between departments and staff. Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Welcoming visitors and providing customer service. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe office environment. Implementing and enforcing office policies and procedures. Overseeing office maintenance and repairs. Assisting with HR initiatives. Managing office budgets. Dealing with vendor relations. Developing quality control procedures. Skills and qualifications often required for an Office Coordinator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Both verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively coordinating with staff and management. Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines. Proficiency with office software and equipment: Including Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software, and basic office equipment.
