Chisel Montessori School is seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Nanganallur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations while contributing creatively through design and video editing work. If you have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and a flair for creativity, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Manage front office operations, phone calls, emails, and visitor handling Maintain school records, documentation, and correspondence Assist with admission inquiries and follow-ups Coordinate with staff and parents on school events and communications Create promotional materials, newsletters, posters, and social media content Edit videos for school events, student activities, and promotional use Support teachers and staff with administrative tasks as required Ensure the office area is organized and presentable at all times Key Requirements: Gender: Female Proven experience in office administration or school office management preferred Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Passion for working in an educational environment
