Job Description

Job Title: Node.js Developer (JavaScript/TypeScript) Experience: 2-6 Years Location: Bangalore Job Description: We are looking for Node.js Developer with strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills to build and maintain backend services for scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs, microservices, and working with cloud platforms like GCP and AWS. Key Responsibilities: Develop backend services using Node.js with JavaScript/TypeScript. Design and implement RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integration. Build scalable microservices using Express.js framework. Ensure high performance, scalability, and low latency of applications. Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, etc. Work with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (Firestore) databases, including schema design and query optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and product. Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (GCP preferred). Monitor and debug production issues using logging and telemetry tools (e.g., Winston). Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience with Express.js or similar backend frameworks. Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless functions. Proficient in PostgreSQL database design and management. Expertise in API development and documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and automated deployments.
