Job Description

Role Responsibilities: Independently manage Network Infrastructure support, including complex issue resolution and design modifications. Conduct performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting, and capacity planning for network platforms. Perform monitoring and maintenance of the overall network environment and manage change controls. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and communicate system issues to peers and managers. Key Deliverables: Maintained and optimized network infrastructure with met SLAs. Proactive identification and resolution of network performance issues. Efficient and controlled network changes. Comprehensive documentation of network processes and troubleshooting steps.
