Job Description: Head of sales & Operations - Digital captive media business (DOOH). Role Overview • We are seeking a Business development & Operations Head to spearhead our initiatives in the Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) / Digital Captive Media sectors. The role focuses on driving revenue, expanding client portfolios, and establishing strategic partnerships in this dynamic industry. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. • Generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships with advertisers, agencies, and brands. • Identify market trends and new opportunities in DOOH and digital captive media. • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brands. • Design and deliver innovative advertising solutions leveraging DOOH technologies. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. • Establish the digital & physical infra related to DOOH vertical. • Analyze performance metrics and generate insights to enhance operations and client satisfaction. • Lead and mentor the business development team for optimal performance. • Ensure the efficient execution of DOOH campaigns, adhering to timelines and quality standards. • Develop and optimize operational workflows and SOPs. • Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliance with industry standards. • Oversee the operations team to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction. Key Qualifications & Skills • MBA • 10+ years of experience in business development and operations within DOOH or related industries. • Expertise in DOOH solutions, programmatic advertising, and audience measurement tools. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills. • Established network with advertisers, agencies, and media buyers.
