As a MEAN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications, ensuring seamless integration between the front-end and back-end systems. Key Responsibilities Develop scalable applications: Build efficient, reusable, and testable web applications using the MEAN stack. Front-end development: Create dynamic and responsive web interfaces using Angular. Back-end development: Develop server-side logic and APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Database management: Design and maintain MongoDB databases, including data modeling and optimization. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Code quality: Ensure code is clean, maintainable, and adheres to best practices. Perform regular code reviews. Testing and debugging: Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the application is bug-free and secure. Performance optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Keep up-to-date: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve development processes. Required Skills: Proficiency in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js). Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript). Experience in RESTful API design and development. Familiarity with Git and version control workflows. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (optional but a plus). Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous. Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on the MEAN stack. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
