Conduct Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers interested in automobile financing or car purchases. Provide information on available loan options and car models. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their requirements and offer customized solutions. Loan and Car Sales: Explain the benefits and features of various automobile loan products and available car models. Guide customers through the loan application process or assist with selecting a suitable vehicle. Sales Targets: Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for both automobile loans and car sales. Maintain detailed records of leads, conversions, and sales. Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of automobile loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria. Stay updated on car models, specifications, and pricing. Script Adherence: Follow the provided call scripts and sales guidelines. Customize communication based on customer needs and feedback. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases. Record customer interactions, preferences, and outcomes.
