Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Loan Officer to promote and process education loans for students planning to study abroad . The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/parents, explaining loan offerings, encouraging walk-ins, and ensuring a smooth application process. Key Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to leads interested in studying abroad. Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and benefits. Convince and convert leads to walk-in clients or schedule in-office appointments. Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients. Coordinate with internal teams to assist clients in completing their loan applications. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational consultants. Keep records of calls, walk-ins, and conversions. Stay updated on different student loan schemes and policies from banks/NBFCs. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream (Bachelor’s preferred). Strong communication and convincing skills. Experience in outbound calling or sales (preferred in education loans, insurance, or financial services). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools). Willing to work target-based and under pressure.
