Job Description

Description We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our voice process team. This role is ideal for candidates fluent in Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam, who are passionate about providing excellent customer service. As a voice process executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone and ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently. Responsibilities Handle incoming calls from customers and provide assistance in Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner. Document all interactions with customers in the system accurately. Assist in the development of customer service scripts and FAQs in the respective language. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications Fluency in Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam and English (both spoken and written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
