Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our team for a residential apartment building project. The ideal candidate will support the Project Engineer in ensuring the timely execution of finishing works with a strong focus on quality, schedule adherence, and daily site coordination. Key Responsibilities:Assist the Project Engineer in managing day-to-day site operations. Ensure all finishing activities (plastering, tiling, painting, carpentry, etc.) are carried out as per specifications and quality standards. Maintain daily work progress reports and update the project tracker. Record and report daily manpower deployment and productivity. Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and design guidelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams for timely execution. Track and follow up on material availability and consumption. Escalate delays or site issues promptly to the Project Engineer. Support in preparing site documentation, checklists, and quality reports.
