Job Description

Major responsibilities: Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule. Monitor accounts on daily basis. Investigate historical data of debts and bills and take action to encourage timely payments. Resolve billing and costumer credit issues. Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments. Facilitate and complete monthly close procedure. Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls. Other projects as assigned. Active participation in payment follow-ups and collections on time. Required skills and q ualification: Graduation or Post Graduation in Accounting and Finance. Should complete Tally . Should possess knowledge in GST Strong understanding of accounting theory. Highly detail oriented and organized in work. Ability to meet assigned deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus. Proficiency with email and Microsoft office applications. Should speak fluent English, Telugu and Hindi (Tamil, Kannada also preferred). Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results.
