Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Java Developer with 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java , Spring Boot , Microservices , and messaging systems like Kafka , with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) , design patterns , and data structures and algorithms . Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot. Build microservices-based architecture and integrate services using REST APIs and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka). Write clean, efficient, and testable code following industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Apply object-oriented programming principles and design patterns to improve system modularity and maintainability. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization. Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications. Work in Agile/Scrum-based development methodology. Required Skills and Qualifications: 47 years of experience in backend development using Java . Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. Experience with Kafka or similar event streaming/messaging platforms. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Proficiency in applying design patterns in real-world scenarios. Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms . Experience with RESTful APIs, CI/CD tools, and unit/integration testing frameworks. Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis).
