For more information, visit www.bflhydro.com. Position : IT/System Manager Qualification : Diploma/BE / Any Graduation. Experience: 7-10 years in system administration. The role includes planning, designing, and deploying IT solutions and infrastructure to optimize operations and cost efficiency ROLE CONTEXT : The principal responsibility of the IT administrator is to plan, design and deploy the IT solutions and infrastructure necessary to deliver operational and cost efficiencies. Role & Responsibility: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications Ensure that data backups are taken and tested as per schedule Ensure that suitable plans are in place for disaster recovery and business continuity Ensure efficient maintenance and servicing of network to deliver 99.999 % uptime Troubleshoot system, software and network issues and provide expert support as and when required Derick the organization by ensuring effective deployment of information security systems, processes and policies Build and maintain supplier relationships and manage the procurement and maintenance hardware and software products by ensuring that they adhere to their SLAs Initiate and implement improvements in areas of IT infrastructure Prepare and maintain MIS related to IT systems and applications and provide periodical reports to the Management Preferred candidate profile Male candidate, staying in an around Bangalore/Hoskote Benefits: Free transport, subsidized canteen, all statutory benefits, including superannuation.
