Job Description

Objective of the Position: Ensure precise and prompt invoicing and effective dispute resolution to uphold financial integrity and protect revenue for the CMA CGM GBSI Key Responsibilities: Invoicing Management: Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and timely within the LARA system. Verify and reconcile invoices against shipping documents and contracts. Address and resolve any discrepancies in billing and invoicing. Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve disputes from customers regarding invoices. Develop strategies to minimize disputes and enhance resolution processes. Maintain detailed records of disputes and resolutions for future reference. Compliance: Ensure all invoicing and dispute resolution activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on dispute resolution and invoicing activities. Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and performance.
