Role & responsibilities Collaborate with HR and functional teams to support the alignment of human resources strategies with organizational goals. Participate in designing and implementing performance management systems to monitor and enhance employee contributions. Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) through interaction with functional heads and support the creation of an annual training calendar. Contribute to the organizations talent development initiatives, such as job rotations, succession planning, and other OD (Organizational Development) activities. Work with the HR team to foster a proactive, approachable, and results-oriented culture within the department. Gain exposure to key HR areas, including employee engagement, compliance, and policy implementation. Preferred candidate profile A qualified MBA graduate specialized in Human Resources Experience Experience of 1 to 2 years which includes experience in organizations with large headcount and also experience in BPO/ITES industry desirable. Management Skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, influencing and collaborating, negotiation, problem solving, analysis and facilitation skills.
