The Sales Assistant (SA) will help in business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into business accounts. You’ll learn how to identify and research lists of companies to target, and how to develop email and telephone campaigns to generate with the support of a sales manager. The SA will conduct high-level conversations with senior executives about their business, their marketing issues and their operations. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal- oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. Key Responsibilities • Assist your sales manager. • Help the sales manager to maintain a relationship with clients via emails, calls, WhatsApp & other social apps • Learn & implement new export techniques into the business. • Learn to develop new strategies to crack end users. • Understanding and fulfilling the demands of clients. Solving queries of clients. • Preparing quotations for clients. • Preparing mail drafts for clients and circulating them to other colleagues. • Mail follow-ups against the submitted quotation. • Giving the status of quotation to purchase and production team over finalization of the same. • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects. Requirements • MS-Office • English Proficiency (Spoken) • English Proficiency (Written) • Internet surfing. • Communication skills.
