Job Overview: As a member of the Internal Audit team , you will contribute to the assessment and enhancement of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance systems. Your role involves actively participating in audit engagements, conducting detailed reviews, and collaborating with team members to provide valuable insights to the organization. Key Responsibilities: 1 Audit Execution: i. Execute internal audit assignments according to the established audit plan. ii. Conduct detailed testing and analysis of processes, controls, and financial transactions. 2 Risk Assessment: i. Assist in identifying and assessing key business risks and controls. ii. Contribute to the development of risk-based audit plans. 3 Documentation: i. Maintain accurate and organized workpapers, ensuring documentation supports audit findings. ii. Prepare detailed narratives and flowcharts to document business processes and controls. 4 Compliance Evaluation: i. Evaluate compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. ii. Collaborate with team members to ensure audit activities align with compliance requirements. 5 Data Analysis: i. Utilize data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights and identify anomalies. ii. Support the team in leveraging technology for efficient and effective audit procedures. 6 Audit Reporting: i. Contribute to the preparation of clear and concise audit reports. ii. Assist in communicating audit findings, recommendations, and risk implications to stakeholders. 7 Collaboration: i. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments during the audit process. ii. Foster positive relationships with auditees and stakeholders. 8 Continuous Improvement: i.
