Company Arvind Ltd Division Denim Fabric Location Ahmedabad Role Sr. Manager Exports KRA Act as a liaison between the Company and Export brand ensuring strong communication and collaboration. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs. Getting Countering sample from the Product Development & Design team at the earliest and closest to client requirement. Negotiating with the clients on rates and delivery period. Drive achievement of targeted sales maintaining a focus on profitability and brand integrity. Manage all operational issues related to Order booking, Order placing with internal team, including inventory management, order fulfillment, dispatch and customer service. Collaborate with clients & internal design team on seasonal planning, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing sales opportunities. Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to each Global Denim Trends, leveraging data and analytics to optimize performance. Ensure timely receipt and processing of stock deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and minimizing stock outs. Responsible for Monthly / Quarterly / half yearly & Annual Sales Targets. Responsible for Monthly / Quarterly / half yearly & Annual Sales Reports. Coordinate with accounts to reconcile discrepancies and address any outstanding payment issues. Monitor payment schedules and track outstanding invoices, working proactively to ensure timely payments and minimize financial risk.
