Job Title : Infra Dev Specialist Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow GRC and will be responsible for developing implementing and maintaining our infrastructure solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT operations contributing to the overall success of our company. Experience : 7 10 years Required Skills : Technical Skills: ServiceNow GRC Domain Skills: Nice to have skills : Technical Skills: Domain Skills: Technology : Custom Skills Shift : Day Responsibilities : Develop and implement infrastructure solutions to support business operations. Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing infrastructure systems. Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow GRC to ensure compliance and governance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy new infrastructure projects. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime. Lead the integration of new technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities. Ensure all infrastructure components are secure and adhere to company policies. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. Provide training and support to team members on infrastructure best practices. Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures. Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity. Manage vendor relationships to ensure the timely delivery of infrastructure services. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our infrastructure current. -Qualifications Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in infrastructure development. Have extensive experience with ServiceNow GRC. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Show proficiency in system performance monitoring and troubleshooting. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills. Have a solid understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements. Be capable of leading projects and managing cross-functional teams. Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
