Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Grafana and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining infrastructure solutions that support our business objectives. Responsibilities Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions to support business objectives Monitor and optimize system performance using Grafana Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components Implement and manage infrastructure automation tools Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with industry standards Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures Participate in capacity planning and infrastructure scaling activities Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning Lead the implementation of infrastructure projects from planning to execution Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure practices and processes Qualifications Possess strong expertise in Grafana for monitoring and optimizing system performance Have experience with infrastructure automation tools and techniques Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support for infrastructure issues Show knowledge of infrastructure security and compliance standards Exhibit strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams Have excellent documentation skills for infrastructure processes and procedures Display experience in capacity planning and infrastructure scaling Show ability to lead infrastructure projects from planning to execution Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members Stay updated with industry trends and technologies Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure practices Have a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 11 years of relevant experience Certifications Required Certified Grafana Administrator Certified Kubernetes Administrator Show more Show less
