Must-Have Proficient in ITSM tool administration and management, ServiceNow tool Experience in ITIL processes Understanding on Change and Problem management process cycle Conduct periodic assessments and reviews of the entire Service Level Management (SLM) process Ensure request, incident, problem, and change records are accurate and complete, from creation to closure Conducting internal quality check on ticket status Assist in creating and maintaining IT operational workflows, knowledge documents, reports, portal content, and communications to IT and business customers Facilitate major incident conference bridges, accurately identifying and logging attendees, timelines and troubleshooting steps taken Driving Change, Problem call with respective team Coordinate planned change windows, and log results Report preparation on pending change, problem and presenting to management Good-to-Have Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners Change/Incident management (ITIL).
