Job Description

Description We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position in our international banking process. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers looking to start their career in the banking sector, offering a competitive salary of up to 4.2 LPA. Responsibilities Assist customers with their banking inquiries and provide information about various banking products and services. Process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Maintain client records and ensure data integrity in the banking system. Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements and improve customer satisfaction. Adhere to compliance regulations and policies to mitigate risk and ensure security. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic understanding of banking products and services. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
