Job Description

Description We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team in an international banking process role. This position is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to kick-start their careers in the banking sector with a competitive salary of up to 4.2 LPA. Responsibilities Assist customers with their banking inquiries and transactions Provide information about banking products and services Process account openings and closings Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery Participate in training sessions to stay updated on banking regulations and services Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Basic knowledge of banking products and services Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Customer service orientation Basic understanding of international banking processes is a plus
