We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (Full-Time | Immediate Joining) Location: Kochi, India (On-Site Preferred) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on experience & skillset) Alluring Monks, a performance-focused digital marketing agency, is hiring a Graphic Designer who understands design beyond aesthetics — someone who can build creatives that convert. Must-Have Skills: Strong experience creating Instagram-first content – carousels, static posts, and reels with motion graphics Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop Illustrator After Effects (for motion graphics/animations) Premiere Pro (for basic video editing when needed) Figma and Canva for collaborative and quick design work Deep understanding of social media formats, content strategy, and visual engagement Ability to work independently with local and international clients on design tasks What You'll Be Doing: Designing performance-driven creatives for Instagram: carousels, static content, and motion reels Creating animated reels aligned with current trends and brand guidelines Collaborating with the content and strategy teams to bring marketing ideas to life Ensuring timely, quality-first delivery under tight deadlines Directly handling creative feedback and requirements from clients Good to Have: Experience designing logos, banners, product packaging, and branding elements Prior work with Indian and international brands across sectors Strong visual storytelling and concept development abilities Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack, Notion, Trello Do NOT Apply If: You’ve never designed for Instagram in a brand or agency setting You don’t have experience with motion graphic reels You're not available to join immediately You can’t handle creative responsibility directly with clients Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Work from home Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: Remote Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
