Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor for YouTube Channel (2 Positions) Job Description: We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team and contribute to the growth of our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, video editing, and videography/photography, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling. You will be responsible for designing compelling graphics, editing engaging videos, and capturing high-quality content using a phone or camera as needed. Your ability to seamlessly integrate design, video editing, and videography will be key in enhancing our channel’s brand identity and audience engagement. Responsibilities: Design eye-catching thumbnails, channel art, and graphics to increase video visibility and attract clicks. Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with our brand. Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, and visual effects to enhance storytelling. Capture and shoot short-form video content using a phone or camera as required. Ensure all design and video elements align with the channel’s vision and objectives. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, editing tools, and creative techniques to bring fresh ideas to the channel. Manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines. Optimize video content for different platforms to ensure the best user experience. Maintain an organized library of visual assets, templates, and project files for smooth workflow. Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for innovative content ideas and channel growth. Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for graphic design. Expertise in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Experience in videography and photography, with the ability to shoot high-quality content using a phone or camera. Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with branding and marketing strategies. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work within a team environment. A portfolio showcasing graphic design work, video editing projects, and videography samples. Experience in creating content for YouTube or digital platforms is a plus. Knowledge of motion graphics and 3D animation is an added advantage. Minimum – 1 year of relevant experience.
